Responsbilities:
1.Develop the market within agreed areas; and promote the sales to the customers in
these market
2.Visit the customers regularly at aim to demonstrate company products, collect
customers' needs, maintain the relationship and obtain the business volume from
the customer
3.Collect the business plan from the customers and work out the corresponding sales
forecast and report to Sales Manager on a monthly basis
4.Collect, check and confirm info of installations in the areas above, make sure
all relevant info has been updated in the installation statistics system monthly
5.Develop and maintain the agent network in the responsible areas, monitor the
performance of the agent, lead or assist the agent in the local customer’s tender
and coordinate between the agent, the customer and the company when problem occurred
6.Propose the annual sales budget for the responsible areas and ensure the approved
budget will be achieved and exceeded
7.Assist the Sales Manager in working out the annual business plan, sales strategy
and corresponding actions for the realization |
